Development of the Tariff Indexation Methodology for Natural Monopoly Entities in the Republic of Kazakhstan
"Tsenovaya Ekspertiza" LLP has completed a major project as part of its collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies (CREM). The project was aimed at developing a tariff indexation methodology that aligns with international standards while taking into account the specifics of Kazakhstan's economy.
The initiative was carried out with the participation of both international and Kazakhstani experts. This methodology will serve as the foundation for the new Tariff Indexation Rules applicable to all natural monopoly entities across the country.
