The Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the appointment of Kanat Temirovich Kulnazarov to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Committee.
Kanat Kulnazarov graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics in 2005 and began his professional career in 2006.
Career History
2007–2008: Leading Specialist, Aktobe Regional Department of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies (AREM).
2009–2022: Held various positions within the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan—advancing from Expert to Department Director.
2022–2023: Head of the Control and Claims/Litigation Work Division, Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies (CRNM MNE RK).
March 2023 – Present: Head of the Astana City Department of CRNM.
